Cooking
Cooking has always held a prominent place in my life. It was the primary way love was expressed in our home, and I soon adopted that same instinct in my own kitchen. Beyond being a grounding and creative process, cooking has become one of the ways I nurture and care for the people around me. I find joy in the full sensory experience — the textures, colors, and composition — not just the taste.
My flavor profiles often lean into my Southeast Asian roots, but I love exploring how they can complement global cuisines. Along the way, I’ve also developed an interest in food photography — because, as the saying goes, we eat with our eyes first — though I still have much to learn. I aspire to practice more sustainable, head-to-tail cooking in the future. But above all, what keeps me in the kitchen is the joy of sharing what I make.
